2026 Women's Retreat: "Called: A Study of Esther"

We are excited to be offering a Bluff Park Women’s Retreat again on March 14-15th at Camp Sumatanga! Our theme for the retreat is "Called: A Study of Esther"  

Early Registration is available from December 1, 2025, through January 5, 2026, and provides a $10 discount. After January 5, you will pay the full listed price for your selected room option. The absolute deadline to register is Sunday, February 8, 2026.

The Lodge has double-occupancy rooms ($150), dorm-style twin rooms with single-sized beds and communal bathrooms (Fun Zone)

The Retreat Center has double ($170) and single ($190) rooms. Private hotel-style rooms with two double beds, interior bathrooms, and linens provided. 

There is also a Saturday-only option ($110) for those who wish to only stay for activities and leave at night instead of lodging. This price includes lunch and dinner.

Finally, if you have agreed to be a part of the Prep Team and are thus staying on both Friday and Saturday nights, your total cost will increase by $40. If this applies to you, be sure to answer "yes" when asked in the registration portal. 

If you have a roommate in mind, please include their name when you register but no worries if you don’t, we will find you an instant friend.

You must pay at time of registration! Online payments are strongly preferred.  If you need to pay by check please contact the church office and ask for Quinten.
